So happy you’re here! I’m Liz, founder of Twinkle Lights & Cornbread, and as you might guess from the name, I love all things twinkly and topped with a little bit of a southern twist.
A proud graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations, I’ve spent over 18 years of my career immersed in the world of events, communications, and storytelling. My heart belongs to dreaming up enchanting celebrations that make storybook moments comes to life.
This little corner of the world, Twinkle Lights & Cornbread, is where all my passions meet—a place where celebrations are touched with wonder and memories sparkle long after the night ends. I'm so happy to have you along this magical journey with us, and I promise, the path will be lit with twinkle lights and dusted with a few cornbread crumbs along the way.

Hi, I’m Sonia! A proud partner of the Twinkle Lights & Cornbread team and a believer in designing gatherings with heart—where purpose, connection, and joy come to life.
I was born and raised in Michigan and am a proud Oakland University graduate. With over a decade of experience in corporate healthcare sales and marketing, my career has always been rooted in service and making people feel truly valued. Yet, tucked in my heart was a long-held dream of stepping into entrepreneurship. Eventually, I found the courage to follow that dream and joined Liz at Twinkle Lights & Cornbread, where our shared love for creativity, design, and heartfelt experiences has blossomed into something truly magical.
And when I’m not dreaming up enchanting events, you’ll find me sipping a perfectly chilled martini, savoring sushi, listening to a great podcast, chasing sunsets, strolling with my family, or exploring new corners of the world.
